Hi, I’m Elisabeth.
I’m a mid-thirties mom, wife, daughter, and friend. 12 years ago, I moved from Oregon to Texas, married a rad firefighter and we used science to create two rowdy little boys.
I’m a pharmacist by trade but struggle to balance the 24-7 hospital schedule with the family life I worked so hard for. I’m chasing freedom, fun, and alignment, and documenting those adventures here on the blog. I hope you can relate to the struggle and the journey and we can inspire and encourage each other together.

Lifestyle & Entrepreneur Blog
Over the past 5 years, I’ve created my digital business in an effort to better myself and our situation. Success has ultimately come from a desire to start and to keep learning. More importantly, I’ve kept going because of the people I’ve met along the way. Through the journey, I feel I have much to share and a desire to connect more! Enter this blog. I hope you find value here, tell your friends, and chose to follow along. I’d love to connect with you, so feel free to reach me.
The Boys
I’m surrounded by wieners, the end! Okay, there’s more than that. I do life with 3 fantastic dudes. Here they are in order of appearance.

Russell
Do you remember Myspace? Would you believe me if I told you I found a good looking guy with a sinister sense of humor, who still opens my car door and isn’t a serial killer on there? Russell is that guy. He’s the calm to my crazy and makes me laugh, hard. He brings the sexy with his love for comic books and video games.

RJ
Russell James is our first born and the namesake of both our fathers, who are no longer with us. He is a true example of the fact that your start does not determine your finish. We sliced “RJ” out too early and the little man spent his first week in the NICU. But, you’d never know it when you see him now! He has the looks (and size) of his dad and all the emotions of his mom. He currently loves ants, jumping in puddles and eating sour patch kids.

Will
William takes it easy on us. He’s always been a good sleeper and rarely complains. Well, he doesn’t talk yet, but you know what I mean! He’s truly fearless and I can already tell he seeks out fun and loves life. I’ve been working on that for 35 years, and this guy is mastering it before age 2. Pfft, overachiever.
