I’m a mid-thirties mom, wife, daughter, and friend. 12 years ago, I moved from Oregon to Texas, married a rad firefighter and we used science to create two rowdy little boys.

I’m a pharmacist by trade but struggle to balance the 24-7 hospital schedule with the family life I worked so hard for. I’m chasing freedom, fun, and alignment, and documenting those adventures here on the blog.
